Inform Physio – Tier 4 Update

In accordance with the latest update from the Government on the ‘tier’ status of the nation, which saw Birmingham move into Tier 4, we are happy to confirm that we are clear to remain open for clinic consultations through the imminent lockdown period.

Our priority is your safety, therefore we will continue with an ‘Online First’ approach – all new enquiries will undergo a telephone triage to assess whether your needs should and can be met through virtual consultations or if they require a face-to-face appointment.

All our current patients will be invited to discuss whether they wish to continue with their consultations virtually or face-to-face. Maintaining our COVID hygiene policy will further help to ensure everyone’s safety is protected.

All our customers must make their own decisions based upon an assessment of their own risk whilst following all government recommendations. However, Inform Physio are confident that all necessary steps have been taken to significantly reduce any risk where possible.

As mentioned in previous update of our resumption of clinical services back in July, Inform Physio have carried out risk assessments on all the services that we offer to ensure we can continue to provide these safely.

With great confidence, we can deliver the essential services of clinic-based Physiotherapy Assessment & Rehabilitation. For purposes of patient and therapist safety, we have opted to suspend all home-based physiotherapy services for the forseeable future. Both of these services will continue to be reviewed on a frequent basis subject to Government recommendations.

We look forward to continuing to help you Stay Ahead of Life.
